On November 11, suspect Liu Chunyue was arrested with the approval of the Xing'an County People's Procuratorate on suspicion of picking quarrels and provoking trouble. The Xing'an County Public Security Bureau is now openly soliciting clues from liu chunyue's illegal and criminal activities.

Liu Chunyue lives in a self-built house on Chaoyang Road in Xing'an Town. Notice on the Public Solicitation of Clues on Liu Chunyue's Violations and Crimes

Recently, the Xing'an County Public Security Bureau investigated Liu Chunyue's suspected crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble. At present, the suspect Liu Chunyue has been approved for arrest by the county people's procuratorate. In order to crack down on crimes involving criminal syndicates and evil forces, carry forward healthy social trends, collect evidence of violations and crimes, and speed up the investigation and handling of cases, the following circular is hereby issued:

The public security organs' investigation found that for a long time, Liu Chunyue had committed a number of illegal and criminal acts of picking quarrels and provoking troubles. In order to comprehensively investigate the above-mentioned illegal and criminal facts, the broad masses of the people, insiders, and victims will enthusiastically report and expose them to the public security organs.

1. As of the date of the circular, rewards will be given to those who report clues to violations or crimes that have not yet been mastered, and upon investigation and verification that they are true.

2. From the date of the circular, where hidden evidence is destroyed for it, the public security organs will strictly pursue the legal responsibility of the relevant personnel in accordance with law.

III. Public security organs will keep the information of all personnel providing leads strictly confidential, and those who threaten or retaliate against whistleblowers and their relatives will be severely punished in accordance with law.
