Art can be summed up in a nutshell as "aesthetic expression in the form of words, colors, sounds, shapes, etc."

Art in a broad sense refers to "the form of activity in which human beings meaningfully arrange various creative elements" and "all the rules and systems that help to enhance human memory", while martial arts are both chapters and human activities, requiring the mastery of corresponding technical skills; art is a unique way of expression for human beings, for artists: art represents the highest meaning of life! Well, look deeply: martial arts is the art of showing the human body, but also showing a person's soul! I thought: All great art should be like this!
