Construction of the road began in mid-October this year,
It is expected to be completed and open to traffic by the end of this year.
Qinlang Road is located in the jurisdiction of Qinyang Village, Zhangyan Town, from Caolang Highway in the north to Qinyang South Road in the south and east, with a total length of 1891 meters.
Gu Yazhong, a villager who lives in Group 2 of Qinyang Village in Zhangyan Town, said that in the past, there were many large vehicles on this road, and the road surface was full of potholes and holes. As a necessary road for villagers to travel every day, they are eager to improve the road conditions of this Qinlang Road.
After learning about the relevant demands of residents, in mid-October this year, the Qinlang Road file upgrading project was officially launched. According to the current pavement width, the project transformed the damaged cement concrete pavement into asphalt pavement, repaired 3 bridges, and renovated the road auxiliary facilities and traffic safety facilities.

Now a water stability layer is being paved, followed by the construction of the curb stone and the surrounding open ditch, followed by water stability maintenance, and after maintenance, the asphalt surface layer paving begins.
It is reported that Qinlang Road, as an important passageway in Qinyang Village, is expected to be completed and opened to traffic before the end of this year, when the travel of the people will be more convenient and fast.
