The professional results of the unified examination must be recognized except for some colleges and universities! Our province released the 2022 art examination enrollment plan, and the dance and music examinations were submitted with comprehensive scores

Peninsula all-media reporter Liu Jinzhen

On November 12, the Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute issued the "Implementation Plan for the Enrollment of Art Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province in 2022", which clarified the relevant work arrangements and requirements for the 2022 art examination. The reporter learned that after the music and broadcast hosting categories were first included in the art unified examination category, the implementation of the provincial unified examination of the art professional categories reached six, in addition to some independent undergraduate art colleges, other colleges and universities use the provincial unified examination results as professional results, colleges and universities no longer separately organize school examinations, and candidates who have not reached the undergraduate pass line of the unified examination are not eligible to participate in the professional school examination. The 2022 art and culture admission control score line is the same as in 2021, but the dance and music unified examinations will be submitted with comprehensive scores.

The new annual art examination is about to start, and our province continues to be divided into 11 categories in the art enrollment major, namely fine arts, literary choreography, calligraphy, dance, music, broadcast hosting, film and television drama performance, costume performance, aviation service art, photography, and other categories. Among them, "other classes" are limited to independent undergraduate art colleges that cannot correspond to the other 10 categories of majors.

The 2022 art examination continues to be divided into provincial unified examination and school examination. The reporter learned from the "Implementation Plan" that art majors without the approval of the Ministry of Education must not organize professional examinations. In principle, candidates are limited to one type of art major to apply for the examination, and the same batch of art majors at the admission stage can only choose one type of art major to fill in the volunteer and participate in the admission, it is worth noting that the provincial unified examination continues to expand the scope of the major. Specifically, fine arts, literary choreographers, calligraphy, dance, music, and broadcast hosting will be subject to the provincial unified examination, of which music and broadcast hosting are included in the art unified examination category for the first time.

In terms of the unified examination schedule, the examination time for the written examination subjects of fine arts, literary choreography, calligraphy and music will be December 19, 2021, and the examination time of the interview subjects of broadcast hosting, dance and music will be December 23-26, December 23-27 and December 23-28, 2021, respectively. In the use of the results of the provincial unified examination major, except for some independent undergraduate art colleges approved by the Ministry of Education (including a small number of colleges and universities with reference to the implementation of some art undergraduate majors), colleges and universities affiliated to the central departments, etc., other colleges and universities use the provincial unified examination results as professional results, and colleges and universities no longer organize school examinations separately.

Passing the unified examination is the prerequisite for participating in the school examination. Candidates who do not reach the undergraduate pass line of the unified examination are not eligible to participate in the corresponding category of undergraduate professional school examination organized by the admissions institution, and even if they participate in the school examination, they cannot participate in the follow-up submission and admission. In addition, all the higher vocational (specialized) schools enrolled in Shandong Province are required to use the corresponding art unified examination results as the candidates' professional examination results.

The art school examination includes the joint examination and the individual school examination. Undergraduate majors in art other than the provincial unified examination will still be jointly or independently organized by various admissions institutions in 2022. At present, the professional categories of the joint examination organized by Shandong Province are film and television drama performance, costume performance, and aviation service art. According to the arrangement of the provincial recruitment and examination institute, the film and television drama performance category is mainly examined by Shandong Academy of Arts, the costume performance category is mainly examined by Shandong Academy of Arts and Crafts, and the aviation service art category is mainly examined by Shandong Normal University. It is reported that from 2023, film and television drama performance, costume performance, and aviation service art will also be included in the provincial unified examination.

The reporter noticed from the "Implementation Plan" that the relevant majors of colleges and universities in the province (except for independent art colleges and universities and ministry-affiliated colleges) all use the results of the joint examination, and the colleges and universities outside the province encourage the use of the joint examination results. In addition, in principle, the art school examination of colleges and universities outside the province is organized in the place where the school is located, or it is implemented by submitting works, online examinations, etc., and it is really necessary to organize on-site examinations in our province, it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, control the scale of the examination, and report the epidemic prevention and control plan of the group examination to the competent department for epidemic prevention and control of the proposed test center for approval, submit the school examination epidemic prevention and control and examination implementation plan to our province, and implement the school examination as required after review and approval.

In addition, the four non-art majors such as art education, fashion design and engineering, landscape architecture, and cultural industry management that can be awarded a bachelor's degree in art are enrolled according to the general major, and if the university has the basic requirements for the art major for the candidate, it must be clearly informed in the enrollment charter, and the cultural score of the college entrance examination shall not be lower than the ordinary class in Shandong Province. If there is no art major assessment requirement for art history, drama, film and television literature in relevant colleges and universities, professional examinations may not be organized, and the Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute shall arrange for admission to ordinary majors and implement the admission rules for ordinary majors.

When volunteering to fill in the application, in the same batch, art candidates can comprehensively consider their cultural achievements, professional achievements, enrollment plans, professional application willingness and other factors, and choose one of the art or ordinary categories to fill in, and can only choose one of them, can not be reported at the same time. The cultural admission control score line has always attracted much attention, and the reporter learned from the interpretation of the art examination policy of the Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute that the 2022 art cultural admission control score line is consistent with 2021 and has not changed. The undergraduate cultural admission control score line is based on the general category segment line, and is delimited according to the proportion of each professional category stipulated by the Ministry of Education.

Except for the independent establishment of undergraduate art colleges approved by the Ministry of Education (including a small number of colleges and universities with reference to the implementation of some art undergraduate majors), among all other undergraduate art colleges and majors, the score line of the cultural admission control of the undergraduate cultural admissions of literature choreography, broadcast hosting, and photography is a section of the ordinary category; the score line of the undergraduate cultural admission control of the art, music, calligraphy, and aviation service art is 75% of the general category; the dance, film and television drama performance, The cultural admission control score line for the costume performance undergraduate class is 65% of the line of the general class. The control score line for higher vocational (specialist) cultural admission is the same as the two-dash line of the general category.

The art class continues to be divided into undergraduate early approval, undergraduate batch and specialist batch in the admission batch, and the admission work is carried out in three batches in turn. Art candidates have up to seven opportunities to volunteer. Undergraduate batch arranges two voluntary reports, undergraduate batch arranges three volunteer reports, and specialist approval arranges two volunteer reports. Once admitted, candidates will no longer participate in subsequent voluntary applications and admissions. It is worth noting that all majors of the undergraduate unified examination, the joint examination major (professional category) and the specialist batch (except for the individual school examination major) implement parallel volunteering, 1 "professional (professional category) + school" is 1 volunteer, and the number of candidates filling in the volunteer each time does not exceed 60. All majors approved in advance for undergraduates and individual school examination majors in this specialty do not implement parallel volunteering, and can only fill in 1 institution volunteer at a time.

In terms of submission, shandong province art undergraduate and higher vocational (specialty) majors implement the mode of submission that is related to the cultural scores and the professional results filled in by the candidates, and those that are not related to the professional results will not be submitted. Among them, the undergraduate early approval will be based on the candidate's willingness, related to the first professional qualified results filled in by the candidate, and will be admitted by the university on the basis of merit. The undergraduate unified examination and joint examination majors follow the candidates' wishes, related to the professional passing scores, according to the comprehensive score or professional score according to the enrollment plan 1:1 file, by the university review and admission; the school examination professional related candidates fill in the professional qualified results of the file, by the university to select the best admission.

Since the art unified examination and the joint examination majors are sorted from high to low according to the comprehensive score or professional score, the Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute has given a comprehensive score calculation method. It is worth noting that from 2022, the dance and music unified examinations will be submitted with comprehensive scores. In 2022, the comprehensive score of dance is calculated according to 80% of professional scores and 20% of cultural scores; the comprehensive score of music is calculated according to 70% of professional scores and 30% of cultural scores. In addition, among the comprehensive scores of fine arts majors, professional scores account for 70% and cultural achievements (including policy-related bonus points) account for 30%; in literary editing and directing majors, professional achievements account for 30% and cultural achievements account for 70%; calligraphy, professional achievements account for 40%, cultural achievements account for 60%; broadcast hosting, professional scores account for 30%, cultural scores account for 70%; aviation service art categories using joint examination results account for 30%, cultural achievements account for 70%; film and television drama performance, Costume performance majors are sorted from highest to lowest according to professional results.

According to reports, in 2023, the results of the undergraduate batch and the specialist batch of the unified examination will be adjusted. At that time, the film and television drama performance category and costume performance class will implement the provincial unified examination, and the comprehensive score will be calculated according to the comprehensive score of 70% and the cultural score of 30%. The comprehensive score of the dance category is calculated according to 70% of the professional score and 30% of the cultural score. The results of other categories of pitching will not be adjusted for the time being.
