On November 10, Liu Wei, deputy director of the Municipal Burden Reduction Office, led a team to Beichuan to carry out a special inspection of the promotion of the healthy development of the private economy, and the supervision team focused on the implementation of the three aspects of the development of the private economy in Beichuan, the cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises, the arrears of private enterprises and the liquidation of accounts of small and medium-sized enterprises through holding forums and consulting materials.
At the forum, Tang Mingpeng, deputy county magistrate in charge of the Beichuan County Government, reported on the progress of beichuan's work related to promoting the healthy development of the private economy; the Beichuan County Business Office, the county transportation bureau, and other departments made supplementary reports on the implementation of their respective relevant work. After carefully listening to the report on the implementation of Beichuan's work, Deputy Director Liu Wei fully affirmed beichuan's implementation and promotion of the healthy development of the private economy: first, the establishment and improvement of institutional mechanisms, second, clear pertinence of measures, and third, the implementation of the work in place.
Liu Wei stressed that first, we must firmly establish the work concept of "mother's family" and "waiter" of enterprises, adhere to the goal-oriented, problem-oriented, and result-oriented, and effectively help private enterprises solve difficulties and problems in production and operation; second, we must further consolidate responsibilities and accelerate the settlement of divergent accounts; third, we must strictly implement the "Regulations on Ensuring the Payment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", strictly prevent the occurrence of new arrears, and accelerate the allocation of special funds for the development of provincial small and medium-sized enterprises in 2021.
