Zhang Hua, former station manager of Guizhou Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station, was "double opened"

A few days ago, the Guizhou Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Guizhou Provincial Supervision Commission appointed the 21st Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group and the Qiandongnan Prefecture Supervision Commission to file a case to examine and investigate Zhang Hua, former director of the Guizhou Provincial Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station, for serious violations of discipline and law.

After investigation, Zhang Hua violated the spirit of the eight provisions of the central authorities and accepted banquets and gifts that might affect the fair performance of his duties; violated organizational discipline and did not truthfully explain problems to the organization when the organization talked to them; violated state laws and regulations, constituting a violation of the law in his post; used the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others, illegally accepted property from others, the amount was huge, he was suspected of accepting bribes, and he did not restrain or accept after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

As a leading cadre who is a party member, Zhang Hua has seriously violated discipline and the law and is suspected of committing a crime, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, and upon approval by the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Commission, it was decided to give him the punishment of expulsion from the party and dismissal from public office; to confiscate his gains from violating discipline and the law; and to transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution in accordance with law, and the property involved was transferred with the case.

Zhang Hua, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1969, Tongnan, Sichuan, on-the-job master's degree, began working in July 1991, joined the Communist Party of China in June 2003.

From September 1987 to July 1991, he studied animal nutrition and feed processing in the Department of Feed Science, Wuhan Institute of Grain Industry.

From July 1991 to September 1992, he was supervised and trained in veterinary drug feed in Guizhou Province;

From September 1992 to December 1996, he was an assistant pastor of the Guizhou Veterinary Drug and Feed Supervision Institute (during which time, he was rated as a pastor in November 1996);

From December 1996 to July 2004, he was a pastor of The Veterinary Drug and Feed Supervision Institute of Guizhou Province (during which time, from March 1998 to December 1998, Guanzhou Town, Yanhe County, Guizhou Province was poverty alleviation);

From July 2004 to November 2010, he was the director of the office and pastor of Guizhou Veterinary Drug and Feed Supervision Institute (during which time, he was rated as a senior pastor in December 2004);

From November 2010 to June 2017, Deputy Director of Guizhou Provincial Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control (during which time, from April 2013 to December 2016, he studied for a master's degree in full-time agricultural extension in aquaculture at Guizhou University);

From June 2017 to November 2020, he was the director of Guizhou Agricultural Machinery Technology Extension Station.
