On the same day, in accordance with the work instructions of the Municipal "Thunder" Action Command "Clearing Zero of Maritime Operation Vessels", the Donggang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made careful arrangements, acted quickly, and went all out to carry out the recall work with extraordinary ideas, extraordinary measures and extraordinary enthusiasm. Units responsible for participating in the war used radio and television, websites, newspapers and periodicals, and WeChat groups to timely publicize the impact and harm of high wind and cold tide weather on the safety of maritime operations, vigorously publicize fishery production laws and regulations, expose typical fishing vessel violations, and form a deterrent effect.
In the emergency recall operation, Donggang City screened the fishing vessels that "de-inspected" and "did not meet the ship certificate", and found that a total of 548 fishing vessels with "ship certificates did not meet" were recalled, and 9 fishing vessels that violated the law in Beidou have been investigated and collected, and a fine of 220,000 yuan has been imposed.
