In recent years, the Market Supervision Bureau of Suichuan County, Jiangxi Province, has continued to carry out the action of improving the quality of dog brain tea, further improving the overall quality management level of Suichuan dog brain tea production enterprises, boosting brand construction, and accelerating industrial development.
Suichuan County Market Supervision Bureau assists Suichuan County Tea Science Institute in formulating four provincial-level local standards "Dog Brain Tea Breeding Technical Regulations", "Dog Brain Planting Technical Regulations", "Dog Brain Green Tea Processing Technical Regulations", "Dog Brain Black Tea Processing Technical Regulations" and so on. Promote the establishment of Suichuan dog brain tea group standards and local standards, and guide enterprises to establish enterprise standards and produce and process in accordance with standards. At the same time, it has strengthened the certification of organic, green and other products, and created an organic product certification demonstration area, which has laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the quality of Suichuan Dog Brain Tea.
The bureau, together with agriculture, tea, forestry and other departments, continued to promote the cultivation, improvement and promotion of new varieties of tea varieties in Suichuan, and the local varieties of "Dog Brain 02" selected and bred participated in the fifth round of national tea variety regional tests of the China Tea Institute, and after 6 years of comparative tests in many places across the country, they have passed the national regional test. On this basis, a single plant of different traits has been preliminarily screened out in Tanghu Town, the county where dog brain tea originated, and bred and expanded.
At the same time, it helps tea enterprises to invest in technological transformation and introduce advanced technical talents; deepen cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Qingdao Agricultural University, set up a postdoctoral innovation practice base of Suichuan County Tea Science Institute, and regularly carry out flexible wisdom introduction work, successively introducing 2 academicians and 3 doctors as tea science and technology consultants, guiding the selection and breeding of tea plants, tea processing, tea pest control and other work. At present, a provincial-level tea modern agricultural park has been built, with the purpose of scientific research, testing, tourism, leisure, etc., to build a demonstration tea garden for dog brain scientific research with high standards, of which 50 acres of the mother garden (breeding) base of good seeds of dog brain tea plants and 50 acres of variety gardens that set the main tea germplasm resources in the country are built; tea gardens apply special organic fertilizer for tea; comparative experiments such as grass planting and grass suppression technology, inter-row covering grass suppression technology and artificial weeding are carried out to improve the research and development and cultivation ability of tea varieties and promote the upgrading of tea production technology level.

The bureau strictly manages, continues to consolidate and improve, encourages and supports Suichuan Dog Brain Tea to carry out the declaration and identification of Jiangxi famous brand products, geographical indication protection products, national intangible cultural heritage list, etc., and continues to enhance the popularity and brand influence of Suichuan Dog Brain.
