The People's Government of Gansu Province decides:

Chen Jiawei served as the inspector of the Gansu Provincial People's Government (deputy director level, probationary period of one year);

Li Shengfa served as deputy director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Gansu Province;

Wang Guiyu was appointed deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Department of Transportation, and was relieved of his post as deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Emergency Management Department;

Zhu Jianhai was appointed deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Water Conservancy Department and dismissed from his position as president of the Gansu Provincial Building Materials Industry Association;

Tian Baohua was appointed deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau (probationary period of one year);

Gao Jianyu served as the full-time deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Administration of the Giant Panda Qilian Mountain National Park (deputy director level, probationary period of one year);

He Yuanfeng served as deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Radio and Television Bureau;

Liang Jidong served as the deputy director of the Council of Gansu Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union (probationary period of one year);

Peng Weien is the deputy director of the Jingtaichuan Electric Power Irrigation Administration Bureau in Gansu Province (probationary period of one year);

Wang Yongchao served as the director of the Gansu Coalfield Geology Bureau (deputy director level, probationary period of one year);

Fukang Nian served as deputy general manager and director of Readers Publishing Group Limited;

Wang Guanghui is the deputy general manager and director of Readers Publishing Group Co., Ltd.;

Zhang Zeng was appointed as the general manager and director of Gansu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd., and was relieved of his post as deputy general manager of Yaojie Coal and Power Group Co., Ltd.;

Zhang Guowei is the deputy general manager and director of Gansu Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd.;

Shi Peiwen was appointed chairman of Gansu Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd. and removed from his post as deputy secretary-general of the Gansu Provincial People's Government;

Yang Yuhong served as the general manager and director of Gansu Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd., and was relieved of his position as deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism;

Ma Jianlin is the deputy general manager of Gansu Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd.;

Yang Tianfeng is the deputy general manager of Gansu Electric Equipment Group Co., Ltd.;

Yang Guangfei is the deputy general manager of Gansu Electric Equipment Group Co., Ltd.;

Xiao Jian was appointed as the chairman of the supervisory board (general manager level) of Gansu Science and Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd., and was relieved of his position as deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau;

Feng Yuqi is the deputy general manager of Gansu Science and Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd.

Waive:

Sheng Mingsheng retired as director of the Domestic Security Bureau of the Gansu Provincial Public Security Department;

Dong Wei is the deputy general manager of Gansu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd.

Where the above involves the appointment and removal of an enterprise's post, it shall be handled in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the relevant articles of association.

Huang Xin and 6 other comrades have expired their one-year probationary period, and after inspection, the Gansu Provincial People's Government has decided:

Tian Liang served as the inspector of the Gansu Provincial People's Government (deputy director level);

Yang Dingtao is the deputy director of the Research Office of the People's Government of Gansu Province;

Wang was appointed deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Administration of Organ Affairs;

Mu Xiaohui was appointed deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Administration of Organ Affairs;

Zhou Zhongyu is the deputy director of the Beijing Office of the Gansu Provincial People's Government.
