He has successively served as a researcher in the office of the Civil Affairs Department of Hainan Province, a cadre at the department level of the General Office of the Provincial CPPCC, a director of the Secretariat, an assistant inspector, a deputy secretary-general of the Provincial CPPCC Committee, a director of the Cultural and Historical Materials Committee, and a member of the party group of the organ. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Seventh CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee, deputy secretary general of the Provincial CPPCC Committee (at the level of the main department), member of the party group of the organ, and intends to serve as a member of the party group of the Hainan Provincial CPPCC committee and secretary of the party group of the organ, and is nominated as a candidate for the secretary general of the seventh provincial CPPCC committee.
