The film "Everything Like You" invited a total of 16 artists in the history of Chinese cinema, their average age is 87 years old, the highest age is 97 years old, they have experienced the changes of the times, witnessed the prosperity of the motherland, and experienced the development process of literary and artistic undertakings in the past 40 years of reform and opening up. During the film's ten-month shooting cycle, some of these veteran artists shot for 16 hours in a row, some insisted on shooting with a high fever of 38 degrees, and some even completed shooting in the hospital. Their strong faith has set an example for many young and middle-aged actors participating in the film, and their love and selfless dedication to the acting career are also an inspiration to the younger generation of filmmakers.
The film organized four young directors to use their expressions to have a conversation with their grandparents. The real life status of the elderly in China is recorded with the lens.
