2. For units and individuals who have not paid water charges for a long time or maliciously defaulted on water charges, within 30 working days from the date of this announcement, they will take the initiative to pay the water fees owed at the water bill collection window of Yuantong Water Affairs Company, and if they do not pay the water charges after the deadline, our company will report to the relevant departments for handling, and at the same time make an announcement in the relevant media, and pursue their legal responsibility according to law if the circumstances are serious.

3. For users who have not installed metering facilities or deliberately destroyed metering facilities to steal water and steal water, within 30 working days from the date of this announcement, take the initiative to contact the replacement water meter for treatment. For the amount of water that cannot be determined, our company will calculate the amount of water according to the caliber flow of the water meter and charge the water fee. If it is not processed within the time limit, our company will stop the water supply.

4. For water users who, without the permission of the competent water administrative department, drill wells or destroy water supply main pipes, or destroy water supply main pipes, valves, water meters, and water supply facilities within the coverage of urban water supply mains without authorization, take the initiative to contact the restoration of water supply facilities within 15 working days from the date of this announcement, and do not deal with them within the time limit, report to the relevant departments, and pursue their legal responsibility according to law if the circumstances are serious.
