A few days ago, Hui Hang, Xu Ming, and other brigades of the Anhui Provincial Expressway Highway Administration Detachment joined hands with the comprehensive administrative law enforcement agencies of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and other provinces to carry out the rectification of overloading of trucks and the special rectification activities of "100-ton king" at the provincial border, which effectively deterred illegal overloading.
According to the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying Out Special Interprovincial Joint Law Enforcement Actions in the Yangtze River Delta Region and Sulu Region", in order to further crack down on illegal overloading in the provincial boundaries of the four provinces and one city in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Luwan and Anhui, and effectively protect the lives and property of the people and the safety of highway infrastructure, since late October, the two provinces of Anhui, Zhejiang and Anhui have jointly carried out this special action.
Focus on investigating and dealing with serious violations of the law and overloaded freight vehicles, especially road freight overloaded vehicles with a total weight of more than 100 tons; illegal acts of transporting indissoluble goods beyond the limit without handling an over-limit transport permit; and rushing into card toll stations, taking punches and other illegal acts to evade inspection.
At the same time, verbal warnings are given to behaviors such as not carrying documents in accordance with regulations and irregular loading, and laws and regulations related to highway safety are publicized to drivers and passengers. Since the operation, a total of 33 law enforcement personnel have been dispatched, 10 law enforcement vehicles, and more than 50 freight vehicles have been inspected.
In the next step, all departments will further improve the joint logistics linkage mechanism, form a joint force for law enforcement, strengthen source management, continue to crack down on illegal overloading, and ensure the safety of people's property and travel.
