In the audit of policies and funds related to rural revitalization, the Qingyuan County Audit Bureau found that the proportion of project quality assurance funds reserved in the "Qingyuan County Land Consolidation Special Fund Management Measures (Trial)" was 10%, which was higher than the upper limit of 3% stipulated in the higher-level law.
In view of the above problems, the Qingyuan County Audit Bureau submitted a special audit report entitled "The Management of The Deposit for Land Development Projects in Our County Needs to Be Strengthened Urgently" to the county party committee and county government. The Qingyuan County People's Government attaches great importance to it and recently issued the "Opinions of Qingyuan County on the Rectification of Relevant Policies and Regulations on The Problem of Forest Reclamation and Cultivated Land", which reduces the proportion of quality assurance funds reserved to 3%.
