"Political Affairs" noted that Wang Jian was formerly deputy secretary of the Lianhu District Party Committee of Xi'an City, and in July this year, he was transferred to the Party Group of the Qinling Ecological and Environmental Protection Management Bureau of Xi'an City.
According to public information, Wang Jian was born in October 1969, Zhou Zhiren, Shaanxi, with a full-time college degree, a university degree from the Central Party School, joined the Work Force in September 1993, and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1998.
He previously served in Gaoling District, Xi'an, where he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Gaoling District Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee.
Comprehensive public reports show that Wang Jian is still participating in the work in March this year as a member of the Standing Committee of the Gaoling District CPC Committee, the secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and the director of the Ping An Office.
At the end of March this year, Wang Jian was transferred to Lianhu District and appeared in public reports as deputy secretary of the Lianhu District Party Committee.

Since July, Wang Jian has appeared in public reports as the party secretary of the Xi'an Qinling Ecological and Environmental Protection Management Bureau.
Xi'an Qinling Ecological and Environmental Protection Management Bureau was just listed in January last year.
According to the previous institutional reform plan of Xi'an City, the Municipal Qinling Ecological Environmental Protection Management Bureau was established, as the municipal government work department, assigned to the relevant responsibilities of the relevant municipal departments for the ecological environmental protection of Qinling Mountains, and strengthened the supervision and responsibility of the ecological environmental protection of Qinling Mountains.
