Based on the "five good" to create a new concept of audit work

Hubei Daily News This year, the Shishou Municipal Audit Bureau has focused on the deployment of national and provincial audit work, based on the "five good" such as overall planning, and created a new concept of audit work.

Do a good job of co-ordination. Increase auditing and supervision of the principal leading cadres of units and departments with a relatively large amount of economic activity. Formulate categorical management measures for different types of audit objects.

Review the key points. Pay attention to the performance of duties and responsibilities of leading cadres in terms of natural resources and the implementation of policies; check whether the staffing of the audited departments and major economic decisions are standardized; grasp the budget implementation audit and establish the internal control system of the audited units.

Make good recommendations. Make audit suggestions on the problems existing in the financial management of the audited unit and the problems that will arise in the implementation process; and make constructive suggestions on individual cases.

Use the system well. Cooperate with discipline inspection and supervision, organization, human resources and social security departments; docking with local reform and development, carry out research on policy implementation, etc.; formulate audit rectification systems.

Discipline. Strictly implement the audit, do not eat, please be polite, etc., and promptly deal with problems found; openly supervise and report telephones; and promptly report on inaction and dereliction of duty in audit work. (Liu Junsheng, Liu Quan)
