3 cucumbers
1 garlic
2 red peppers
Raw soy sauce to taste
Half a stick of aged vinegar
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to taste
Green onion 2 heels
2 coriander
1 scoop of sugar
1, wash and peel the cucumber, pat open and cut (you can also take a little salt to grab a scratch, pickle it)
2, green onion, coriander washed and cut off, set aside (if you do not eat coriander can not)
3: Prepare minced garlic and chili peppers
