Homestays, as a popular leisure experience in recent years, not only bring visual enjoyment, but also truly lead tourists to beautiful scenery.
Compared with the overly complicated decoration, the simple and generous, functional and full of life-like modernist style is more popular with the public.
Southwest side man view
The project is located in Chongqing Zhong County, the main body is a four-story + semi-underground one-story homestay.
The homestead is currently in the reclamation stage, there are no neighbors around, it is all barren grassland, and only the west side is a road.
The exterior wall of the building is dominated by white real stone paint and cultural stone, which forms a semi-outdoor gray space through the advance and retreat of the body, enhances the user's living experience, and the balcony outside injects a new order into the façade composition and enriches the façade level.
West side of the household view
The entrance was treated by the entrance hall, inside the door is life, outside the door is the river and lake. Inside and outside the door are stories, the most beautiful homestay, starting from the gate.
The clean white as the building base appears very pure and independent. Through the material, shape, doors and windows to construct the façade order, to create a relaxed, simple and interesting leisure and living entertainment space.
The white wall is matched with red brick cultural stone, which is calm in appearance, but carries the richness of life.
In order to make the most of the surrounding environment, the designer uses a large area of glass windows to integrate the outdoor natural landscape and space, satisfying people's yearning for nature and purity.
Outdoor local view
Through the shape of the building, there is a special outdoor party area here. Here, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and breathe free and fresh air.
Southeast side man view
The room extends to the balcony and opens the door to panoramic views of nature. The outer balcony creates a new order for the façade shape, enriches the layers, and optimizes the experience as a derivative of the interior space.
Through the combination of virtual and real, the contrast is enhanced for the main body of the building.
The building area of each floor is not large, but the spatial experience of each floor is different, although it is a small space, but it creates an infinite possibility of imagination.

The roof is designed with a split level, and a south-facing lighting window is added through the height difference of the roof part, and a skylight is opened on the sloped roof on the south side to increase the lighting area for the indoor space.
The building's mass is well-layered, emphasizing the sense of horizontal lines and making the spaces as open as possible in order to connect indoor and outdoor activities on the basis of meeting the needs of natural lighting and ventilation.

Considering the high floors and optimizing the user experience, a sightseeing ladder was designed on the east side of the project.
The semi-basement functional area is divided into sunken restaurant areas, bar kitchens, etc., mainly providing catering, combined with the sunken courtyard to expand indoor space and optimize the use experience.

The first floor is a reception space with reception, tea room, piano, public bathroom and staff dormitories, check-in matters and leisure places.

The second, third and fourth floors are mainly residential, and the corresponding is equipped with different auxiliary spaces. There is a sauna on the fourth floor, and a hot bath will be a good choice if you are tired.
The homestay is a portrayal of nature and ideal life in people's hearts, and the designer breaks the original cold and makes the homestay poetic and warm.
