The former site of the Xiong Chengji Anqing Uprising Conference, located in an alley in the downtown area, this old house was supposed to be a Yang's test hall earlier, witnessing the bloody storms and vicissitudes of the Anqing Revolutionary Uprising.

After the failure of the uprising, Xiong Chengji was arrested by the Good-Profits in exile and in secret activities for the League, and died at the age of 23 in February 1910 in a heroic campaign to create a free and democratic republic.
