According to the national enterprise credit information publicity system, Zunyi Liquor Group is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zunyi City, is a wholly state-owned enterprise, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, and its registered place is Jiudu New District of Yanjin Street Office in Renhuai City, Guizhou Province (the fourth floor of the Xinjing City Garden Comprehensive Building), and its business scope covers the production and operation of liquor products, liquor cultural and creative planning, etc.
According to the data, Zhao Jiyong served as the legal representative and chairman of Zunyi Liquor Group, Wu Fengxun and Wei Qing as directors, and Li Qingsong, Hu Yang and Chen Yu as supervisors. Among them, Zhao Jiyong is also the legal representative and chairman of Guizhou YiyangDa Health Industry Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Zunyi State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zunyi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and belongs to the enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zunyi City.
In 2020, when replying to the proposal of "Implementing the Group Driving Strategy and Promoting the Sustainable Development of the Liquor Industry" submitted by the Fourth Meeting of the Fifth CPPCC Zunyi Municipal Committee, the Zunyi Municipal Government clearly proposed to establish "Zunyi Liquor Development Group Co., Ltd.", which mainly undertakes three platform functions, including
Build an investment and financing service platform, with capital investment as the core, liquor finance as the lever, and industrial integration as the goal, so as to achieve the main body of the industrial market to become bigger and stronger;
Create a big data service platform, provide the whole industry chain through, the whole production process control, the whole life cycle service, and help the sauce and liquor industry to develop by leaps and bounds;
Create a market-oriented service platform, supported by standard construction, led by brand building, and oriented by occupying the market, and comprehensively enhance market share.
The Group plans to use about 5 years to achieve a comprehensive output value of more than 100 billion yuan of Zunyi sauce liquor other than Moutai; within 5 years, strive to successfully list its Zunyi Yunshang Company as a sauce liquor circulation enterprise, incubate and cultivate 2-3 listed enterprises in the sauce liquor industry; strengthen the brand building of "Zunyi Sauce Xiang", "Renhuai Sauce Xiang", "Moutai Sauce Xiang" and "1935", and build "Zunyi Sauce Liquor" into a national public well-known brand.
