Ouyang Long (1938-2000), Zi Yuntao, contemporary flower and bird painter, a native of Xiao County, Xuzhou Prefecture (now Xiao County, Anhui). He is a member of the Jiangsu Branch of the China Artists Association. He studied under Xiao Longshi since childhood and graduated from the Art Department of Anhui South University in Anhui Province in 1963. After worshiping Li Kuchan as a teacher, he specialized in freehand flowers and birds, especially good at painting, and his pen and ink were vigorous. Li Kuchan was extremely appreciative of his pen and ink kung fu, and once wrote in his own handwriting "Yuntao Calligraphy and Painting, As Far as Possible into a Good Scene". Ouyang Long learned from the old painter Xiao Longshi since childhood, and later studied with Mr. Li Ruochan. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and the China Artists Association. He was the president of xuzhou chinese painting institute in Jiangsu Province and a national first-class artist. Mr. Ouyang Long has loved art since childhood, and when he was a teenager, he worshiped Zhao Zongji as a teacher.
