Born in 1956 in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, Huang Nubo's early death of his parents in his childhood often haunted him with bitterness. During his childhood and adolescence, hunger and anger accompanied him until adulthood. Huang Nubo later recalled: Because the living environment was very depressed when he was a child, he had a dream since he was a child, and he had probably been in his 20s, and he always dreamed of running around the mountain, and he couldn't turn around, and the pressure was particularly great. Later, he understood why he wanted to climb the mountain, because he wanted to conquer the mountain in his heart...
In 1973, after graduating from middle school, Huang Nubo went to the countryside of Ningxia to join the team, and developed an indomitable personality due to the bitterness of his youth. He began to write poetry at the age of 13, fortunately Ningxia Daily often published his poems, and gradually Huang Nubo broke through in the poetry circle, as the youngest author (poetry) of Ningxia Daily at that time, going to Peking University from an early age was a dream in his heart. In his own words, people like him are supposedly not eligible to attend Peking University. For him at that time, he had neither a backdoor nor a recommendation, and it was almost impossible to go to Peking University.
But the god of fate patronized him, when a leader's child was reported to have gone to Peking University through the back door, and was found by Peking University and returned. Then Ningxia wanted that quota at that time, and the whole of Ningxia was grabbing that quota. Finally, it was recommended by Ningxia Daily, and then there were several requirements at that time: the first person was a high school graduate; the second was a party member; and the third was to have a work. So Ningxia Daily recommended Huang Nubo, and his fate was rewritten.
After graduating from Peking University in 1981, like most of his classmates at that time, he entered the state organs. After entering the Central Propaganda Department, an old lady named Wu Jing, who took him at the time, was extremely concerned about him, so he grew up relatively fast, perhaps because of the lack of parental love in his youth, he was particularly cherished for family affection, one day this old lady had dementia, and after twenty or thirty years until the old lady died, Huang Nubo has been taking care of her.
Huang Nubo wrote in "The Survivor": Without the survival of wind and rain, the eyes will be moist, and the suffering there will be fascinating. Huang Nubo, who grew up in the era of reform and opening up, had a hard time satisfying the life of a stable organ. At the age of 29, he was the youngest minister. In 1995, Huang Nubo resigned from the ministry and founded Beijing Zhongkun Investment Group, serving as chairman.
Huang Nubo's group was called the "92 Faction", and Feng Lun also mentioned in his book "Barbaric Growth" that this was a very interesting phenomenon at that time, a group of people never became officials, came out of the system to go to the sea to do business, and many of these people later became famous big entrepreneurs.
Perhaps it is the unique temperament of the literati, in the future investment projects of Zhongkun, his business is full of cultural breath. It is also because of the unique belief of the literati that Huang Nubo's later success was born. In 1996, by chance, he went to visit Hongcun in Anhui Province, and from the moment he met Hongcun, he fell in love with the ancient village with a history of 800 years. As a result, Zhongkun Group's first tourism real estate project was launched. In the years since, Zhongkun Group has maintained such an investment logic.
In 1997, the god of fate once again favored Huang Nubo, and the real estate project he cooperated with Li Ming, a classmate of China Europe Business School, Urban Netscape, earned him the first pot of gold 50 million yuan after going to the sea. Since then, Zhongkun Group has been smooth sailing. In addition to tourism real estate, the two projects of Changhewan in Xizhimen in Beijing and dazhongsi International Plaza in the North Third Ring Road have completely laid the foundation for Huang Nubo's position in the real estate industry.
Perhaps because the road to business was too smooth, in 2002, the Zhongkun Group experienced an internal "rebellion", and no one explored the reasons behind it anymore, but Huang Nubo at that time was a very "dictatorial" leader for outsiders. Since then, he has maintained a relationship with people everywhere, of course, more related to his childhood experience, in his heart, the sense of self-protection, followed him from a teenager to fame...
Later, he also reflected on this matter, saying: "When you are lonely, you need to think inside. Think about all the things around you, your mind will be quiet, then you will find that in the world, in the city, how ridiculous, every day to think about this, every day to think about that. In 2005, Huang Nubo began to try to climb the mountain, hoping to find another self in the mountaineering.
At the beginning, it was out of control. He is one of the few real estate merchants in China to complete the "7 + 2", on the summit of Mount Everest, at an altitude of 8848 meters, he took down the oxygen mask and read aloud: At this moment, I am standing on the top of the world, with tears in my eyes facing the world, I am waiting for the rising sun to testify. In 2007, Huang Nubo ranked 9th in the 2007 Hurun Charity List with a donation of 187 million yuan, ranked 12th in the 2008 Hurun Charity List with a donation of 196 million yuan in 2008, and donated 900 million yuan directly to his alma mater, Peking University, for talent training in 2011.
