1. Project Overview

2. Qualifications of bidders

(1) Technical ability and qualification (qualification) requirements: units or individuals with construction experience in similar engineering construction projects;

(2) Have the corresponding ability to complete the use of equipment, funds and other corresponding capabilities of the project;

(3) Agree to the project implementation plan and sign a construction contract in accordance with the implementation plan;

(4) Be honest and trustworthy, have no negative credit records, or be included in a blacklist.

3. Matters related to bidding and bidding

(1) Contracting method: The project is contracted in the form of all-inclusive contracting of contracted materials and materials. The successful bidder shall not subcontract or subcontract, otherwise his or her qualification for winning the bid for the project shall be cancelled.

(2) Quality standards: it is necessary to pass the acceptance of relevant functional departments.

(3) Method of winning the bid: the contractor is randomly selected and the consortium is not accepted for bidding.

(4) Construction period: 30 days

(5) Payment method: After the project is accepted, 90% of the total cost of the project will be paid in accordance with the prescribed payment approval procedures. Set aside 10% as the warranty deposit, there is no quality problem within one year from the date of completion and acceptance of the project, and the warranty deposit is fully refunded without interest.

5. Contract issuance time

6. Bidding deposit of 12,000 yuan. After the qualification review is passed, the interested bidders are requested to hand over the deposit to the village cadres in full. If the bidder does not win the bid, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the contract is issued; for the successful bidder, the security deposit will be transferred to the village-level account as a performance bond (82013200000513541 of the Gaoqiao Village Villagers Committee of Youxi Township, Xinhua County) to be returned after the completion and acceptance of the project. Except for force majeure factors, if the successful bidder voluntarily abandons, the deposit will not be refunded.
