As of December 7, the number of good days in the city this year is 179 days, and the number of blue days is 216 days, which is 4 days and 3 days away from the annual targets of 183 days and 219 days proposed by the municipal party committee and the municipal government, respectively, and can be fully achieved at the end of the year; The 21 water quality indicators of the city's major rivers have steadily met the surface water V. water quality limit requirements and will continue to improve. In the first three quarters, Zibo City received 16.08 million yuan of provincial atmospheric ecological compensation funds, ranking first in the province.

Bi Rongqing, member of the Standing Committee of the Zibo Municipal Party Committee and minister of publicity, introduced that this year, 9 ecological Zibo construction scheduling meetings and 6 green power upgrading project scheduling meetings have been held. The "Opinions on Strengthening the Supervision and Accountability of Ecological Zibo Construction" and the "Implementation Opinions on Establishing a Long-term Mechanism for the Promotion and Investigation of Key Environmental Protection Issues" have been issued, and 260 interviews or notifications have been made to the responsible persons of key town offices (parks) and enterprises, and 6 leading cadres have been held accountable and two promotion investigations have been carried out. Since the beginning of this year, the city has investigated a total of 98 criminal cases in the field of environment and arrested 264 criminal suspects; A total of 728 environmental violations were punished with administrative penalties, and the amount of fines was 142.528 million yuan.
Bi Rongqing stressed that it will continue to carry out special rectification of key rivers such as Xiaonu River, Fanyang River, Pig Dragon River, Waterlogged ZiHe River, Wuhe River, etc., implement the in-depth treatment of industrial point sources and the upgrading of sewage treatment plants, and realize the elimination of inferior class V. water bodies in all rivers in the city, and the main indicators of the Boshan section of the Xiaonu River, Mata Lake, Wenchang Lake, and Loess Cliff Reservoir will stably meet the requirements of Class III water bodies. Xiaonuhe Wetland Park strives to partially open the park in the first half of the year. Promote the ecological restoration project of damaged mountains in key areas, and complete ecological restoration of 10,000 mu within the year. Efforts should be made to grasp key projects such as the second phase of Qisheng Lake, Zhangdian Park, Jiuding Mountain, Tangjia mountain, Huashan City Park, Mengshan Forest Park, Wenchang Lake Ring Lake Wetland Park, along the Jiaoji Railway, and the ecological greening of the industrial and mining areas in the southeast of the main urban area, so that the sky in Zibo will be bluer, the water will be clearer, and the mountains will be greener.
