A few days ago, Patrick, who had just been released from prison, was going to jail again. The Preston magistrates court (above) sentenced him to 16 weeks in prison for failing to inform police of his latest address and supervision as required by his release. The judge told reporters: "Never seen a criminal like Patrick. ”
Patrick, 64, has lived in prison for 23 years, and he is content with it. He said it was the prison that helped him survive. Because he was so drunk that living in prison would force him to quit drinking.
