According to the relevant judgment of the China Judgment Documents Network, Li Zhengping was once the anchor of Huya, and huya, Li Zhengping and Gengxin Culture jointly signed the "Huya Live Channel Exclusive Cooperation Agreement" on September 1, 2017, and after the dispute arose in the agreement, the China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission determined in the award that Gengxin Culture and Li Zhengping would pay Huya separately.
According to the data of Tianyancha, on February 7, 2018, Chongqing Yuwan Network Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuwan Network Media"), which is legal person of Gengxin Culture and major shareholder Xiong Chuan, was registered and established. It is worth mentioning that only two months after its establishment, Yuwan Network Media changed its investors, and douyu was added to the shareholders, with a shareholding ratio of less than 29.97% and a subscription amount of 4.28 million yuan.
Regarding the dispute over liquidated damages between the Yuwan Guild and Huya, Xiong Chuan told Nandu reporters, "We have negotiated with Huya and handled it peacefully." As of press time, Huya has not responded to this.
