The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will actively provide assistance for Henan's post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, support Henan to strengthen the construction of grain production core areas, further enhance the comprehensive production and processing capacity of grain, make the agricultural product processing industry bigger and stronger, continuously improve the entire agricultural industrial chain, and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
