Speaking of the archway, the old new square is always inseparable from the "old archway", "stone arch" and "three worlds and two pinfang", because this archway has long become a landmark building of the new field. In 2006, this iconic landscape building was rebuilt on the site of the old archway of 3nd Erpinfang.

In the middle of Xinchang Avenue, Zhu Guosheng was built during the Ming Dynasty, destroyed in 1976, and rebuilt on the original site in 2006, in the style of the old archway still preserved in the Shanghai Museum. The archway is engraved with the four characters of "Three Generations and Two Pins", which is the title of "Three Generations and Two Pins" after Zhu Guosheng became the two pin officials of the Taichang Temple, and the imperial court gave his father and grandfather the title of Erpin official, and the three generations were erpin, so it was named "Three Dynasties and Two Pins". There are also groups of words on the archway, such as "Four Rides asking for water" and "Seven Provinces Licao", which are intended to show that Zhu Guosheng has been summoned many times to control the flooding of the Huanghuai River and dredge the waterways for water transport, and there are several provinces through which the Yellow River flows.

Originally built on the east side of Xinfeng Road, the "Stalagmites" archway

Xinchang ancient name stalagmites, the significance of building this arch is to remember this ancient name. As early as 1986, Xinchang built a "Stalagmite Li" archway at the intersection of Xinfeng Road on Archway West Road. In 2005, the archway was demolished to its current location because it was unfavorable to traffic sight at the intersection. The difference is that it was made of cement in 1986 and stone in 2006. It should be said that it is more in line with the style of Xinchang Ancient Town, the building materials in the ancient town are mainly bricks, wood and stone, and the cement is always disproportionate to the overall style.
