On the afternoon of June 15, Hainan District held a meeting of cadres of the whole region, announcing that the autonomous regional party committee and the Wuhai municipal party committee decided that Comrade Yu Zhiyong would be appointed as a member, standing committee member and secretary of the Hainan district party committee. Comrade Yin Zhongqiang no longer holds the posts of secretary, standing committee member, and member of the Hainan District CPC Committee.
