Beijing News (reporter Liu Huan) On July 21, Sichuan Tianwei Food Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianwei Food") issued an announcement that its director and vice president Yu Zhiyong reduced his holdings by about 347,600 shares from May 20 to 27, cashing out nearly 16.0859 million yuan. Yu Zhiyong has decided to terminate the reduction plan in advance, and only 375 shares have not been implemented.

According to the announcement, on April 22, 2020, Tianwei Food issued an announcement that Yu Zhiyong intends to reduce his holding of 240,000 shares by means of a centralized auction or block transaction from May 19, 2020 to November 13, 2020, not exceeding 0.0581% of the company's total share capital. However, due to the conversion of Tianwei Food into a share capital increase during the implementation of the shareholding reduction plan, Yu Zhiyong adjusted the number of shares to no more than 348,000 shares according to the change in share capital.

According to the announcement, Yu Zhiyong reduced his holdings by about 347,600 shares through centralized bidding from May 20 to 27, cashing out a total of nearly 16.0859 million yuan. The remaining 375 shares of the shareholding reduction plan have not been implemented, and Yu Zhiyong decided to terminate the reduction plan in advance, and the shares that have not been reduced will no longer be reduced during the original reduction plan period. After the reduction, Yu Zhiyong held about 1.2908 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 0.2148%.

According to public information, Tianwei Food was established in 2007 and listed in April 2019. Its main business is engaged in the research and development, production and sales of Sichuan flavor compound seasonings, the main products are hot pot base, Sichuan cuisine seasoning, spicy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, sausage bacon seasoning, chicken essence.
