Sheng Chao: The busiest is definitely the Chengdong police station, the second is the Yancheng police station, other rural police stations are similar, and the other is the criminal investigation.
Host: You got married on the fifteenth?
Sheng Chao: Yes.
Host: After you got married, did you plan how to spend your wedding leave?
Sheng Chao: Originally, I was going to travel abroad with wedding leave and annual leave, but I happened to encounter the Deqing Dixin Association Security Conference, so I gave up the good leave myself.

Sheng Chao: Yes, or go to work normally and devote yourself to work. Recently, all the things in marriage are basically for her to do by herself, and I manage fewer things, basically based on work.

Host: The first impression of the Chengdong police station is that it is very busy, especially in the long-term law enforcement process, it is inevitable that several things will come together?
Sheng Chao: There was a small episode, in 2016, it was exactly the G20 security summit, when I myself was drawn to the gold jacket point to security, but at that time there happened to be a smuggling car fraud case assigned to my hand, this is also the first case of smuggling car fraud in Huzhou City, in addition, this case also faces a lot of difficulties, evidence collection is also very difficult, if there is no full evidence to handle the case iron, then the criminal suspect may be released on bail, and the case will be yellow. At that time, the value involved in the case was as high as more than 400,000 yuan. So I was basically every day after the end of the security of the golden clip point, there was no rest, I kept working around this case, I myself neglected my own rest, once the leader just passed us in, touched me, and then he said how I lost so much weight! At that time, I should have lost more than twenty pounds, the original weight was more than one hundred and sixty pounds, at that time it was said that there were only one hundred and thirty pounds, and the leaders asked me to put the case aside first and go to the hospital for examination first. I myself think that this case is relatively new, the criminal suspect himself bought a real Mercedes-Benz car, transferred to the name, then the car has a real, corresponding frame number, engine number, and license plate number, and then he will mortgage the real car to cash out, and then use this money to buy smuggled cars, hundreds of thousands of one, do a good job of fake procedures, and then take the smuggled car to mortgage, the money earned by the mortgage to buy smuggled cars again and again, which is equivalent to him using this way to cheat money.
Host: Put the money out, then go to buy a car, then go to the money, and so on?
Sheng Chao: One is that the value of this case is relatively large, and the second is that there is no precedent for the case for my reference, and how to handle it is a problem. The most important thing is that I have consulted the relevant appraisal departments, the customs of the whole country, and at present there is no agency in China that can issue a smuggling car certificate, so this case is a little difficult.
Host: How did this difficulty get over?
Sheng Chao: Later, I negotiated with the Yixing Vehicle Management Office more than a dozen times a year and asked them if they could issue relevant certificates. At the beginning, the relevant departments will not easily issue certificates, because the value of the first case is large, and the second case has risks. After communicating more than a dozen times, they finally agreed to issue an appraisal report, and the case was successfully won. The recovery of stolen goods in the later stage of this case was also relatively successful, and during the G20 period, I myself passed the interrogation and investigated all the relevant bank cards involved in the case, and recovered a total of more than 300,000 yuan.

Sheng Chao: Yes, in 2016, there was a victim hanging water in the hospital, the hospital happened to be busy, there was no bed, his bed was in the aisle, he hung his bag on the bedside when he was hanging the water, he fell asleep, woke up and found that the bag was stolen, called the police, and I went to the scene. At that time, the victim was more emotional, more anxious, there was a passport in the bag, his passport because the next day to go abroad, all the itinerary has been arranged, the hotel has been booked, the relevant meeting points are all ready, if the passport is lost now, the next day there will be no way to go abroad, will delay the work. It was already evening when the report was made, and we were also in a hurry, and after hearing about this situation, according to my own experience of many years of work, the thief would throw away some unimportant things after casting things. Take away valuable things, such as gold and silver jewelry and money, and throw other things in one place. According to this line of thinking, I am going to check the trajectory of the suspect in its entirety to see if I can retrieve these things. After walking through it, all the garbage cans were also turned over, and there was no such thing at all, and there was no such thing in the fire hallway. I had only two thoughts at the time, one was that the suspect was not left here, and the second was that the suspect was picked up or cleared after being left here. The first thing I thought of was to ask the cleaning aunt, because all the garbage cans inside were maintained by the cleaning aunt, I asked layer by layer, every aisle to ask, every nurse on duty at the door also asked.
Host: How many people were asked at that time?
Sheng Chao: At that time, I probably ran the whole people's hospital by myself, and finally I remembered that I should be on the first floor of the inpatient department, and I happened to meet a cleaning aunt, who happened to come out of it, and she told me that there was a bag, I went to look at it, and I saw a passport, and I was happy at that time, ninety-nine percent of the way to determine that this was the victim's passport, and then I called the victim over and confirmed that it was his passport. He was really touched at the time and gratefully said that without me he didn't know what to do tomorrow. It didn't matter if the money in the bag was lost, but how important this passport was to him. Later, when I went to the police station to fill in the materials, there was a more coincidental thing, I had a junior high school classmate also came over, I asked him how he came over, he said that this person is his uncle, so sometimes it is really called no coincidence is not a book, this thing makes me feel more lucky to do things more importantly is their own care.

Sheng Chao: Yes, I am very happy, especially when I saw that passport, the joy in my heart was very high.

Sheng Chao: Yes, because the place is strictly controlled, I have a personal experience. Before the strict management measures of the place, we are a long-term repetitive pattern, and the place will start to fight, quarrel, smash things, and long-term mediation as soon as the summer evening comes. If the mediation is not good, all the relevant personnel will have to be re-interrogated on the same day, there are many people involved, they are tired, the case cannot be controlled, and the frequency of the case is relatively high. Since the strict management measures of entertainment venues came down, it was indeed more difficult at the beginning, because there were more cases at the beginning, but after a period of time, it was found that the police situation dropped significantly, so after the strict management of the place, our personal experience is that the police situation is controlled, and we have really been rewarded; the second is that it is first bitter and then sweet, and now it has really achieved the control of the police situation, which is also good for the places that operate; the third is that for the masses, it is more civilized entertainment and civilized consumption.
