将檔案win32_11gr2_database_1of2.zip和win32_11gr2_database_2of2.zip解壓。
注意：這兩個檔案解壓到同一個目錄下，即：将components目錄合并到一起
輕按兩下“setup.exe”，彈出以下安裝向導。去掉“i wish to receive security updates via my oracle support”複選框，點選“next”
在如下對話框中，點解“yes”
選擇“create and configure adatabase”，點選“next”
選擇“desktop class”，點選“next”
在配置頁面上，輸入管理者密碼，比如“password”，點選“next”
驗證先決條件
出現概要界面，點選“finish”
安裝oracle，等待完成。
安裝完成，建立資料庫執行個體，等待完成。
安裝完成，點選“password management”
找到hr和scott使用者，去掉“lock account”的勾，并賦予新的密碼，點選“ok”
點選“yes”
點選“ok”
點選“close”，完成安裝
oracle sql developer
