除此之外,還可以進行搜尋來找到想要的圖形。比如添加“供應商”圖形,找到該圖形之後,可以左鍵點選圖形并同時向右拖拽至畫布中即可添加圖形。

第四步,添加文本。完成圖形拖拽之後,可以點選上方菜單欄的文本,然後在相應位置添加并輸入文本。

在這裡,可以調整好對應圖示和文字的位置,選擇好所有圖形,然後将其整體組合起來成為一體,友善移動。

第五步,選擇好所有圖形之後,對齊和分布流程圖中的圖形、線條以及文字,使其清晰美觀。可以選擇手動對其,當多個圖形對齊時,會有相應輔助線顯示。我們還可以使用使用上方菜單欄的對齊指令。除了圖形之外,線條和文本框等也要對齊。

此外,對于流程圖中需要浮于線上的圖形或文字,可以采用填充為白色、線條為透明的矩形作為背景底,其操作如下圖所示。虛線邊的方框的設定也類似。
