唐基善，又名唐智善，男，漢族，1950年生，湖南省嘉禾縣人。書法和詩詞有高度的藝術成就，有獨特的藝術風格，在國内外藝術界有良好的影響。被聯合國科教文組織和中國書法家協會等200多個機關稱贊為取得了卓越成就，為中國及世界文化藝術事業作出了傑出貢獻的藝術家。獲聯合國藝術終身成就獎和非遺貢獻獎及秘書長安東尼奧·古特雷斯的感謝信，并授予聯合國文化藝術勳章和非遺傳承人榮譽勳章及世界藝術功勳人物等榮譽稱号。獲第七屆中國文化藝術節最高獎·終身成就獎。藝術業績被人民日報歐洲網、人民網和環球藝術網、騰訊、百度、今日頭條等40多家媒體專題報道。16幅書法作品彩印景德鎮國禮藝術瓷。出版發行《東方之子》唐基善卷、《中國當代傑出書畫大師》唐基善卷、《感動世界藝術巨匠》唐基善卷等個人詩書專著。藝術傳略和書法作品2017年至2023年連續7年入編官方賀歲年曆出版發行。湖南省嘉禾縣信訪局退休幹部，中國書法家協會會員，北京大學書畫藝術研究院客座教授和台北故宮書畫院終身客座教授，中國書畫學會名譽主席，世界藝術學會終身常務委員兼藝術顧問，世界科教文組織首席藝術家，國際中華詩詞研究會終身名譽會長，意大利羅馬美術學院名譽院長、藝術類書畫榮譽博士，英國皇家藝術研究院終身首席藝術家兼進階顧問，美國大學協會終身榮譽會長。在工作中曾12次獲縣級以上立功授獎。詩書等作品在國内外大賽中獲獎或授予各種榮譽稱号200多次，在美國等10多個國家或地區展出，被聯合國教科文組織、中國國家圖書館、中國國家博物館、中國藝術博物館、大英圖書館、法國國家圖書館、美國國會圖書館等100多個機關收藏。個人藝術傳略或詩書等作品入編《大國大家》、《一代名師》、《國寶藝術家》、《國學大家名帖》、《中國藝術十大巨頭》、《世界人物辭海》、《世界名人錄》、《世界藝術瑰寶》、《世界文化名人錄》、《世界藝壇大師》等 115 部書。
Tang Jishan, also known as Tang Zhishan, male, Han ethnicity, was born in 1950 in Jiahe County, Hunan Province. Calligraphy and poetry have high artistic achievements, unique artistic styles, and have a good influence in the domestic and foreign art circles. He has been praised by more than 200 organizations, including the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and the Chinese Calligraphers Association, as an artist who has achieved outstanding achievements and made outstanding contributions to the cultural and artistic undertakings of China and the world.
