Good morning.teachers and professors(sir and madam)I am glad to be here for this interview. 

At first, let me indroduce myself . My name is     . I come from     , which is a small city in      . I graduated from    University majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering in July, 2014

It is my honer to talking to you today ,and I feel a little bit nervous, because this is my first time to have such an interview.

I am open-minded, quick in thought and very fond of history. Like many young people, I have broad interests, such as reading books, especially management books, listening to music and so on. I currently work in a Internet Co and work in software development, I'm very interested in Internet and computer, so I have a good command of network application. I am able to operate the computer well. I am skillfull in searching for information on the Internet. For another, I have become a basketball fan for years. Kobe is my favorite basketball player.

I always believe that one will easily fall behind unless he keeps leaning.  Of course, if I were given a chance to study management courses in this famous University, I would spare no effort to master a good command of advance theory about business administration.

答： I am from CF,which is a beautiful city in Inner Mongolia, CF Chifeng has a long history and a pleasant scenery，The most famous is the red mountain culture, the grassland and the stone forest，Every year attracts a lot of Tourists ,IT is a wonderful place to live in.

答：My famly is ordinary，My father is a humorous man .He always makes jokes that make us laugh ,My mother is real chef . We all enjoy the food she cooks .in a word,I love My family.

譯：我的爸爸是一個幽默的人，他總是開玩笑，逗我們笑，我媽媽是真正的廚師。我們都喜歡她做飯的食物，總之，我愛我的家人。

1. 你經曆過的最大挫折是什麼？ What is the biggest setback you’ve ever had？

答：It is two years ago, a lot of customers and some money were lost because of careless use of informal advertising addresses on products. I learned a lot through this.

譯：這是兩年前，很多客戶和一些錢是因為非正式廣告位址的産品使用不慎丢失。通過這件事我學到了很多東西。

6. 你認為你有什麼優勢？What are the advantages do you think you have ?

答： I have good analytical and problem solving skills .which will help me a lot during my MBA ，I have a potential of management and leadership , Which was demonstrated (認證) and recognized（證明） in my company.

譯：我有很好的分析和解決問題的能力，這在MBA期間對我有很大幫助，我有管理和上司的潛力，在我的公司被證明和認可。

7. 你認為你有什麼弱點？What are the weaknesses do you think you have？

答：I appeared to be self-concerntrated as I focus on my work too much. I may pay too much a attention to details . and I tend to expect others to work as hard as I do. If I get this position as a manager .I think I need to talk to colleagues and try to unite our team as one.

1. 你有什麼愛好？What hobbies do you have ?

答：There are a lot of things I do in my free time. I like sports very much and basketball is my favorite. It is always great to get together with my maetes on weekends . and keep running around the ground  for a few hours . It make me physically stronger and totally refreshed.

答： Well , I approach things very enthusiastically. I think and I don’t like to leave something half-done It makes me nervous . I can’t concentrate on something else until the first thing is finished.

答： Well ,sometimes I want to be myseft, but most of the time I prefer being with a group of people. so I guess I’d rather say outgoing.

1. 你有長期或短期的計劃嗎？ Do you have a long term or short term plan?

答： My long term plan is to be a CEO ，It:’s always been my dream to establish a company and make my fantasy come true . My short term plan is get an MBA degree so that I could do better in my current job .I think I will make notable （值得注意）progress during my MBA study。

譯：我的長期計劃是成為首席執行官，這是我成立公司的夢想，并讓我的夢想成真。 我的短期計劃是獲得工商管理碩士學位，以便我現在的工作能夠做得更好。我認為在我的MBA學習期間我會取得顯着進展。

1. 你如何管理你的時間以什麼方式?How do you manage your time In what way?

答： Good time management plays an important role both in work and in our life . I usually make a plan for the following week and prioritize（優先次序） my work on Sunday . Then I can do the job according to the schedule. What should be done firstly and what should be done secondly would be very clear in my mind, In that case I could do my job more efficiently（有效的）.

譯：良好的時間管理在工作和生活中都起着重要的作用。 我通常會在接下來的一周制定計劃，并在星期天優先考慮我的工作。 然後我可以按照時間表完成工作。 首先應該做什麼，其次應該做什麼，在我看來是非常清楚的，在這種情況下，我可以更有效地完成我的工作。

答：The best co-worker I hava ever met is the one I met 2 year ago . She was always considerate (體貼的)and it’s quite comfortable working with her . She was also knowledgeable. So I could learn a lot from her.

       The worst co-work is the one I met in my first job. He was a lazy guy. Whenever I cooperated with him. He never made any real contributions. Instead ,he complained a lot.

答：I have kept working on my schedule all the time. Every day in the morning I make a time table of all work I need to do that day. Later I talk to my co-works and allocate(配置設定) the assignments（作業）. In the afternoon I’m usually busy collecting data from the stock（股票） market and analyze it by making models so as to predict the future market.

答： I have been working as a computer programmer for 3 years. To be specific, I do system analysis. Trouble shooting and provide software support.

1. 你有沒有放棄任何工作你為什麼離開上一份工作？ Have you ever quit any job Why did you leave your last job?

答：Well，I am hoping to get an offer of a better position,if opportunity knocks . I will take it.

       I feel I have reached the“glass ceilling” in my current job.

       I feel there is no opportunity for advancement.

譯：如果機會來臨，我希望能獲得一個更好的職位。我會接受的。

我覺得我已經達到目前工作的“玻璃天花闆”。

17. 請問你理想的工作是什麼？May I ask what your ideal job is?

答： My ideal job is a comblnation（結合） of both my education and work experience. That is to say. I want to combine my education in___information___with my__computer____skills. And I want to utilize(整合) my ability here to __design____

答： I have finished there new projects. And I have help the company make tremenddous profits（巨大利潤）.
