OpenStreetMap: User-Generated Street Maps文章讀後記錄

這篇文章對openStreetMap做了全面的介紹，對其中的一些方面做介紹。The project, born at University College London (UCL) in July 2004, was founded by Steve Coast。

涉及到的機構、工具等等如下：

1.GIS：地理資訊系統

2.OpenStreetMap :User generated ,Donation, Public geoData.

3.OGC: 開放GIS标準協會

4.OSM GeoStack :a set of tools

5.Wiki Sytle:osm并沒有遵守ogc的opengis标準，而是遵循wiki式的簡單原則。

6.Potlatch : a online flash-based editor。

7.All geographical entities：points(nodes) and ways;tags。

8.Database schema: comleted in mysql。

9.data interface:Access to the core OSM database is provided by a dedicated RESTful API。

10.presentation:the open source AJAX library OpenLayers to dynamically update the map display and allow interaction with users。

11.renderation:rendered using Mapnik, an open source library for generating high-quality map images。

[email protected]：([email protected]) is a distributed map-tile-rendering system.

13.CC-By-SA:敏感資料管理

14.rendering package:Kosmos and Gosmore。

不足：

1.osm沒有品質保證，也沒有做資料品質檢測。

2.osm資料并不完整和正确，部分地區資料沒有覆寫，或者存在錯誤資料。
