為什麼做POE固件版本更新？

問題分析

有部分H3C的裝置（具體型号可以聯系華三客服/華三官網查詢），在運作過程中小機率出現部分端口無法對PD端供電。通常表現為連續的8個端口故障，其他端口正常，且display poe pse指令可正常讀取裝置的POE狀态資訊，重新開機裝置故障依舊。

檢視裝置PSE Model及POE固件版本的指令：

原因

可能晶片廠家的POE固件版本存在bug。

解決方案

分為兩個步驟，首先将固件版本檔案利用FTP上傳到裝置上，其次執行更新指令。

1.FTP上傳版本檔案

使用者在本地計算機上運作 FTP Server，注意配置了使用者名（admin）和密碼，以及正确

的檔案所在目錄（假設 IP 位址為 10.10.10.10)。同時使用者通過 Telnet 遠端登入到交換機上，利

用 FTP 将主機程式傳送到交換機上。

通過 FTP 将軟體下載下傳到交換機上。

2.環境部署完成，執行更新指令

更新 PoE。

A.當 PoE 功能正常時，使用如下指令更新：

<H3C>system-view
System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.
[H3C] poe update refresh S5130S-POE-xxx.s19 pse 4
This command will refresh firmware on the specific PSE(s), Continue? [Y/N]:y
System is downloading firmware into the hardware. Please

B.如果 PoE 處于不正常狀态，或者上述方法更新不成功，使用 full 模式更新：

<H3C>system-view

3.驗證是否更新成功

display poe pse及檢查連接配接裝置狀态。

PoE 更新過程中裝置會停止對 PD 供電，更新完成後，供電恢複。
