peer執行出錯整理

執行peer 執行錯誤：

 1：報錯：Cannot run peer because error when setting up MSP of type bccsp from directory /etc/hyperledger/msp: signing identity expired 2623h16m32.675625837s ago

   解決辦法：目前peer的版本太低了，需要進行更新。去官網下載下傳最新版本的peer的可執行檔案（我的是1.1.o版本）

 2： 報錯：Cannot run peer because error when setting up MSP of type bccsp from directory /etc/hyperledger/msp: （私鑰檔案夾不存在）

     解決辦法：hyperledger項目不存在，需要在/opt/gopath/github下面下載下傳最新版本的hyperledger的代碼。
