Digital supply chain is an advanced version of an organization's supply chain. Digital supply chains are designed to reduce the number of processes that are done manually. Digital supply chains also connect all the moving parts of the process, making it more transparent and efficient. The goal is to reduce errors and make it easier for everyone, from managers to employees, to see where things are at any point in time.
