MTV VMAs 2021視訊音樂獎頒獎典禮于2021年9月12日晚在紐約布魯克林的巴克萊中心舉行。八年來，MTV首次通過這個高能量的節目為世界各地的觀衆獻上了一個美好的夜晚。
