描述:

在rhel7 or OL(RHCK)7上安裝GI 12.2.0.1時,執行root.sh失敗,并有如下報錯:

CLSRSC-400: A system reboot is required to continue installing.

如上現象适用于叢集安裝和standalone GI(譯者注:GI的單機)安裝.

發生時機:

這會影響在rhel7 or OL(RHCK)7上所有的全新安裝的GI 12.2.0.1

症狀:

當執行root.sh時,腳本失敗并遇到下列錯誤:

CLSRSC-400: A system reboot is required to continue installing.
           

變通的解決方法

A)如果GI的安裝尚未開始,那麼需要按照下面的步驟來安裝interim patch 25078431

1.以 grid 使用者 在本地節點unzip GI Gold Image 

2.運作如下指令應用patch:

<GI Home>/gridSetup.sh -applyOneOffs patch location
           

例子如下:

$ ./gridSetup.sh -applyOneOffs /u01/patch/25078431/
Preparing the home to patch...
Applying the patch /u01/patch/25078431/...
Successfully applied the patch.
(Any warnings about X11 that are displayed may safely be ignored)
           

3.運作正常的安裝過程,包括運作gridSetup.sh. 當GI安裝完成之後,運作"opatch lspatches"指令應該能顯示該patch已經被應用.

$ ./opatch lspatches
25078431;ACFS Interim patch for 25078431
OPatch succeeded.
           

B)在執行root.sh的過程中,如果GI的安裝已經失敗

While it is possible to continue from a failed root.sh execution after performing manual steps for patching, the steps can be error prone and complex so we recommend the process outlined below:

1.  Clean up the partially installed Grid Infrastructure Home. Refer to the document:  

   How to Deinstall Oracle Clusterware Home Manually Document 1364419.1 for the steps

2.  Apply the patch as outlined in section A) here above and continue with the install process
