Android6.0+系統挂載U盤(外部存儲)後,無法讀寫

要解決在外部存儲,挂載位址為/mnt/media_rw/B85B-FF8D下無法建立檔案問題

6.0、7.0可用,8.0以上未測。

最後建立成功位址為/storage/B85B-FF8D/Android/data/com.xxb.test/files/1.txt

第一、靜态權限問題。
