android TextView不用獲得焦點實作跑馬燈效果 兩種方法

1.android TextView 不用獲的叫得 實作永遠的跑馬燈效果。其實很簡單，隻要添加 藍色粗字型就ok了。

2.重新自定義繼承TextView 即可。
