iOS Xcode 提示 “This app could not be installed at this time.”

好好運作的項目，第一次模拟器安裝沒問題，第二次在安裝提示錯誤：

This app could not be installed at this time.
           

首先清理模拟器

第一步：點選模拟器，選擇Hardware -> Erase All Content and settings

第二步：command + shift + k 清理編譯

第三步:：command + option + shift + k
