make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 Apache+Win2k AS

剛才在2KAS上裝了一回apache（我們win上的還不支援），提示make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80，找了半天原因。

原因：由于伺服器的80端口被占用引起的，一般如果是windows的話就是IIS，停掉Default Web Site就可以了：}

PS 回想起半個多月前裝Domino, 也曾出現過這種80口被占用的情況。
