在 node scripts/install.js 之後發現這麼一句話
Cannot download "https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v4.5.3/win32-x64-51_binding.node":
在網上下載下傳，如果報錯的版本和我的一樣，可以用我下載下傳好的檔案 點選下載下傳
下載下傳完了之後把它注冊成全局環境變量，兩種方式：
第一種：直接右鍵我的電腦--》屬性--》進階系統設定--》環境變量--》添加
第二種：set XXX=檔案路經--》set SASS_BINARY_PATH=F:\ww\tools\node-sass\win32-x64-46_binding.node
檢視環境是否合适：echo %SASS_BINARY_PATH%
如果列印出來您配置好的檔案位址那就ok了，
最後再來試試安裝：npm i -g node-sass
如果錯誤是有關 Python , 那就裝Python 就能解決。
