根據您提供的資訊， 您目前配置QOS報錯是由于e-qos這個TCAM為0 ：

Action plan:

需要改region大小, 您可以從其他的TCAM空間重新配置設定空給e-qos， 例如以下例子為減少e-racl到e-qos：

做完上述配置後儲存并重新開機闆卡， 重新開機後您可以配置出向QOS了。

Cisco Nexus9508設計用來高速轉發資料，QOS也是支援但是很少這樣配置
