A consumer whose lawful rights and interests are harmed when purchasing or using a commodity may request compensation from the seller.
消費者在購買、使用商品時，其合法權益受到損害的，可以向銷售者要求賠償。
After the seller has made the compensation, if the responsibility is attributable to the producer or any other seller who provided the goods to the seller, the seller shall have the right to recover from the producer or any other seller.
銷售者賠償後，屬于生産者的責任或者屬于向銷售者提供商品的其他銷售者的責任的，銷售者有權向生産者或者其他銷售者追償。
