前幾天一個朋友來問我,她的一個老客戶,最近回報市場同款産品,有其他供應商可以提供更優惠的價格,她不知道該怎麼回複客戶

我幫她整理了下思路,告知她,首先要知道市場上有更便宜的價格,很正常,現在競争這麼大,價格自然有高低

同時我詢問她,他們的價格是否有下降的空間,很遺憾,她告訴我沒有可降低的空間了

她跟據我的建議,給客戶寫了一封郵件如下:

Dear Lucy,

Hope everything fine with you~

I have just returned to work, and very glad to receive this information you have shared with us, which has aroused our high attention. I feedback this important information to our leadership yesterday.

We have always maintained a good cooperative relationship, including the stability of product quality, delivery time, payment method, and SKUs to expand products together with you. We can't deny that there are products of the same quality on the market at a lower price, but we can't just rely on a sample and price to measure whether we can cooperate with this product in the long term. How do you think?

As I mentioned in the email before, due to the great fluctuations of the exchange rate in 2022, in order to support regular customers, when the exchange rate drops from $7.2 to $6.7, we still offer you the discount price when the rate on $7.2, even though the exchange rate drops to 6.7 again. Of course, more importantly, I appreciate that you have actively increased your order quantity to meet our minimum order quantity. I think this is the reason for mutual cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win, and long-term stable development.

If there is anything in the price that can better support you, such as better RMB exchange rate, lower price of raw materials, etc., we will not hesitate to keep update and better price for you. Again, thank you for your understanding and support all the time.
