It looks like that the tenant didn't clean up the house and dump the litter for a couple of months, so slovenly. there are a pile of trashes including plastic bottles and bags,cans in every corner of the bedroom and the kitchen,the pantry. i required the renter to pay the first season's rent and a deposit, give the key back to me before or after checkout,and i then will return the pledge deposit to him, i charge a deposit as insurance just in case he breaks something.
